The Mossel Bay Municipality took delivery of
60 000 units of the Client Service Charter. This handy to use booklet,
sponsored by the Public Participation Office of the Western Cape Department of
Local Government, acts as a fridge magnet and indicates the service delivery
levels residents can expect from the municipality. Furthermore, it contains
useful numbers and other information to ensure that residents have a great
experience dealing with the municipality and moreover, receive the service
standard they are entitled to. These booklets will be available at libraries,
municipal offices, Mossel Bay Tourism and other outlets.
