Application is made in terms of Section 15(2)(a) of Land Use Planning By-law for Mossel
Bay Municipality, 2021 for the rezoning of the Remainder of Erf 2833 Groot Brakrivier
from Agricultural Zone I to a Subdivision Area consisting of Single Residential Zone I
erven (± 1.44 hectares), General Residential Zone I erven (± 0.83 hectares), Open
Space Zone II erven (± 2.28 hectares), a Transport Zone III erf (Private street) (± 1.44
hectares) and a Transport Zone II erf (Public street) (± 0.35 hectares).
Application is made in terms of Section 15 (2)(d) of the Bylaw on Land Use Planning for
Mossel Bay Municipality, 2021 for the subdivision of the Subdivision Area into the
following erven:
o 14 Single Residential Zone I erven (Parts 38 to 51);
o 37 General Residential Zone I erven (Parts 1 to 37);
o 3 Open Space Zone II erven (Parts 52 to 54);
o 1 Transport Zone III (Private street) erf (Part 55), and
o 1 Transport Zone II (Public street) erf (Part 56).
